“not very informative”

i’ve been to many free tours before, and it always depends on the guide and his/her knowledge or how they build the itenerary. in this tour the guide was more complaining about how bad the prices in Porto are, called Lisbon a ‘shit’ city, called Gaia people ‘trash’.. (he said that he’s joking but I don’t know? you can make jokes without insults?) also when we introduced ourselves, some people including me said that we are only here for 1-2 days, and the guide just started insulting us that we are here for a short time. no matter what you think, I don’t think it’s nice to say this sort of things to tourists.. we also got more recommendations for food and drinks than information about the history of the city. I learned a lot about Portugal in my tour in Lisbon and in this tour the information contradicted :(

Hicimos el freetour con Guillermo, fue super amable y simpático, dio datos muy curiosos que te mantenían enganchada durante todo el trayecto, hace que la gente participe, lo cual lo hace más dinámico. Nos dio diferentes recomendaciones en cuanto a lugares de comida, zonas de fiesta y sitios por ver, y no falló en nada, de hecho nos mencionó el café Ceuta para ver fado y fue una genialidad, la comida genial, los cantantes espectaculares y el ambiente que recrearon fue como de estar en familia. Además de esto, Guillermo nos ayudó a cerrar una reserva para ver Gaia, que sin su ayuda no habría sido posible. 100% recomendable. Gracias por todo ????

Would recommend taking the tour as one of the first things you do as gives you ideas of places to visit and where to eat. “I didn't participate”

The tour did not take place because I was the only participant. The guide was also very upset about this and advised me not to book through you anymore, as the communication with you is apparently terrible and such problems only occur with people who come through you. So, I was there for nothing because they only start with 10 people. It's a pity, I would have appreciated a timely cancellation or an alternative instead of wasting my time.

Por ejemplo, hay unos murales cerámicos preciosos en la estación de tren, cobran otro sentido cuando me explican lo que representan. Nos explicó curiosidades. “Missed the fun stories, it was a history lesson”

Inez had a great knowledge of the history of Porto. We found that more fun stories should have been included. it was pure history and a lot of history. I would have talked about the locals, the customs, the food, the buildings way more...I would have taken you to more hidden places. At the end listening only to the history of Portugal, you lost interest....

“Interesting history of Porto”

I had a tour with Ines in Porto to learn more about Portugal and this tour had definitely answered a lot of my questions. I highly recommend it and Ines was really patient and helpful with sharing her knowledge. First you will learn about the independence in the Bento station and then the fascination over tiles as well as the dictatorship and finally carnation revolution.

Guillermo fue maravilloso, nos explicó toda la historia de las calles de Oporto con un entusiasmo y una alegría increíbles durante las dos horas y media que duró la visita.
