Things to do The Original Christianshavn Tour

The Christianshavn Tour is our most popular alternative tour, beginning at Højbro Plads and exploring the island of Christianshavn, which was built as a separate city from Copenhagen. It is now a great neighborhood with an eclectic mix of residents. The tour ends just outside the gates of Christiania, where you can wander at your own will. Our tours are free to join, we kindly ask that you tip the tour guide directly at the end of the tour based on what you think the tour is worth! Our tour guides also have credit card readers, giving you a more convenient and safe way to pay your tour guide directly. Please note that this tour is created for individual travelers and small groups. Guests traveling in groups of 6 or more are welcome to book a private tour.

We had booked a slot on a 3pm tour today, arrived at 2.45 and waited until almost 3.30 but the guide never showed. I sent a message via the ‘contact your guide’ space on my confirmation email and received a message in return giving me my guide’s telephone number. However when I called it I got through to a completely different tour organisation which was unable to help. No score for this guided walk ????

“An interesting tour of a different side of Copenhagen ”

Jack did a great job keeping a large group together and engaged with the tour. It was fun and interesting to learn about Christianhaven and to visit t the town on our own afterwards. I was not aware, though, that we were not brought back to our starting point, but left to find our own way back. While it wasn't a problem for us, be aware if this if you take this tour.

“Nice tour to know abt oslo”

It was a nice tour with Kamil to get to know abt Oslo which is a small city. Coincidentally, we were staying at his AirBnB and he is a perfect host. He loves travelling and his way of communication shows that. Tour was but short(70-90min) as compared to other European walk tour which we have been to which lasts 3hrs, rest all was good
