“Fantastic food tour!”
Such a great food tour with our guide Patricia who was very knowledgeable and accommodating! The tour comprised of 7 stops at different street food stalls and restaurants where you learnt about and could purchase local snacks and dishes to try, all the food was reasonably priced and was very filling even when we shared some between the 2 of us! Thank you Patty :)

Une excellente après midi découvertes, je me suis régalé ! Jeff est un très bon guide, simple, attentionné, disponible pour toutes questions, avec un bon sens de l'humour.
Tour assez complet. J'ai adoré.
Je retournerais manger la plupart de ce que j'ai goûté ! ???? Mention Arepa mixte, et aux glaces (je ne spoil pas plus).

The guide was very nice and tried her best but we were a bit disappointed. We expected tasting local food but most of the tastings were sweets. The second was just coffe for which we waisted a lot of time.
Coffe and desert should only be at the end of the tour.

“Lots of fun ”
The tour was very enjoyable and quite informative. It would be helpful to mention that most of the food offered is greasy and unhealthy, which may not suit everyone. I was hoping to discover local fruits and vegetables instead of the usual items available everywhere. However, our guide (Jeff?) did such a great job explaining everything that I ended up trying it all. Excellent guide. Please consider updating the information in the description. ????

“Fun food tour”
The food tour was fun and we sampled food we were not going to eat otherwise. The group was large and therefore it took time at every stop to get food/drinks ordered to a point that food was not warm/hot enough anymore..

“Nice tour , but would focus on different food ”
I liked the tour and the food. Good guide, group das a bit too big … but was a bit disappointed in the food we tried. Out of the 7 ( we’re promised 8) there was only one I hadnt tried before. Was expecting to try more food you wouldn’t try when on your own.

What an amazing tour. Probably the best one I’ve ever done as our guide included amazing facts about the history/origin of each food as well as organising the best places to try the food. We sat down and ate small meal portions to try and also street food! So amazing and summed up our last day in Colombia perfectly

Best tour yet! We really got a comprehensive taste of everything and every region of Colombia. The best part was they all were sooooo delicious. Hector took us to the best of the best in Bogota and he did it with so much fun. He is very knowledgeable and can make some good coffee!

“Great introduction to Colombian food”
This tour gave you a “taster” of a lot of Colombian delicacies, from BBQ corn to capybara! Our guide was informative and fun. Happy to leave more than the recommended tip. One thing to note, other participants were unaware of the tip policy for the guide - I think it depended on how they booked. Maybe something that you should be upfront with at the beginning of the tour.

“Great introduction to the tastes of Colombia”
This was the first time we have taken a food tour when we've visited a new city, and we've surely been missing something special. At each of the stops Hector gave us an explanation of the food we were to try, and enough time for everyone to sample the items. Empenadas, bunuelos, street corn, ajiaco, barbecued capybara(!), obleas, hot chocolate with cheese, coffee - it was wonderful to be introduced to the varied flavors of Colombia. Hector even loaned us some cash, since some of the bills we had gotten from an ATM earlier were fakes - that's service above and beyond.

Me agradó muchísimo el Tour, se disfruta de buena comida, y las explicaciones excelentes, cómo sugerencia dado qué el Tour es en inglés tal vez sería qué cada participante lleve colocado algún distintivo (prenda, pulsera, moño) de diferente color de acuerdo a su nivel de inglés, ejemplo:
Básico: amarillo
Rojo: intermedio
Azul: avanzado

Santiago was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour included a little more than what was listed which was great. We tried empanadas, ajiaco, Oblea, coffee, and more! Food tastings also included history behind the foods we tried which I really liked. Total cost to try everything on tour was about 25.000 COP. We also got other restaurant recommendations from Santiago. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended.

The tour overlapped a few places on the Free Walking Tour. Same company but different guide.
I am not sure how the food costed 30,000 pesos... but it wasn't communicated well to tour patrons.
We saw more churches/history stuff then food places.

We went on a tour with Hector, a fantastic guide! He was energetic and told us all about the food of the diferent regions of Colombia. We had some nice stops at restaurants and he took the time for us to enjoy the food. Really recomend this trip to anyone!!

“Brilliant tour!”
The free food tour in Bogota was so much fun! Our guide Andres took us to several cafes/restaurants that we would not normally go to. If you bought all the food it comes to 24000 pesos (plus tips), but is well worth it with the variety of foods/drinks you get and how full you are by the end. Would definitely recommend this tour for your stay in Bogota

“Fabulous tour with amazing guide!”
We had a an amazing food tour experience in Bogota with Hector!
We were only a small group of 3 people which made the tour more intimate and really gave us the time to ask plenty of questions. Hector was brilliant he showed us around, gave insight into the city's' history and gave us various food recommendations to try. All the food we tried was more than delicious and Hector made sure to answer all our questions in detail no matter if food related or not. All in all it was a great experience which I would definitely recommend :)

Un tour bien chevere y interesante, y Hector fue muy buen guía! Lo podrían mejor llevándonos a probar frutas por ejemplo, o pues probar mas cosas. Pero estuvo bien, y aprendi cosas que no sabia después de un ano viviendo acá. Gracias!
