la guida Salvatore è un ragazzo molto preparato che ci ha portato anche in luoghi dove probabilmente da semplice turista non sarei passata raccontandoci annedoti, storia, cultura e tradizioni locali presenti e passate.
Bellissima anche la dimostrazione di canto ortodosso in chiesa.
Ci ha dato tantissime informazioni anche pratiche su cosa visitare e come muoverci in città e fuori. Disponibilissimo a rispondere ad ogni tipo di domanda e curiosità.
Consiglio vivamente questa bella passeggiata a chiunque venga ad Atene, ne vale davvero la pena.

Salvatore met us near the museum. He was excellent at explaining the history of Athens on the slopes of the Acropolis. He sang 1000 year old chants for us in an orthodox chapel which was incredibly atmospheric. Thanks for a very enjoyable tour.

The tour was great!!! Even though I had some idea of what Greece and Athens were, I didn't expect to learn so much more about the history of the city.
Our guide was very knowledgeable about the city and the surroundings. He explained the names of archeological sites & areas with the ancient nomenclature and how they came about well enough for us to understand.
I highly recommend going on this tour before heading to the Acropolis and other sites to get adequate information.

“A must tour for first time visitor in Athens”
If you are a first time visitor this tour should the first thing to do when arriving in Athens. Our guide Alex was fantastic. He was very engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the history of the different neighbourhoods (Plaka, Anafiotikia) and historical sites ( the Botanical Gardens, Hadrian Arch , Temple of Zeus )that we visited. Alex was easy to understand. Alex took our group to fascinating areas that we would not have experienced as first time new visitors to Athens. He also took our small group off the beaten path to witness to witness the changing of the guards (avoiding the enormous crowd) and explained every thing from the historical significance and the selection process to become a guard. This tour will provide you with good understanding of Athens and definitely help you plan what you want do ( visiting the Acropolis, the Plaka and other historical sites. Thank you Alex.

Really enjoyed the tour with Nick; was both educational and he gave plenty of interesting facts/stories. The tour was a little long so be sure to being a snack and be prepared to walk walk and walk. He also gave some recommendations and tips at the end which was very helpful!

Unico e’ stato molto professionale e ci ha intrattenuto tre ore senza che ce ne accorgessimo. Consiglio di farlo come prima esperienza nella città e poi visitare Acropoli musei ecc avendo in testa i racconti e gli aneddoti che ci ha raccontato Unico! Grazie loredana
