Zadar is a city where ancient architecture and modern art combine. Join me on a walk through beautiful Zadar and get to know its history over 3000 years old!
We start the tour at People Square, where the people of Zadar have been meeting since the 12th century.
After that, we stopped at the ancient Forum, a museum in the open air.
At this place, there is a large pre-Romanesque monument from the 9th century - the church of St. Donat, which is made entirely of the remains of ancient stone from a Roman temple. Near the Forum is the Zadar Cathedral, the largest on the eastern Adriatic coast from the 12th century, dedicated to St. Anastasia.
The tour will conclude with the latest and unique installations of Zadar - Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.
