A Brief Free Tour of Windsor

This tour starts and concludes by the statue of Queen Victoria outside the castle. The guide will take attendees on a brief introductory tour of Windsor's key historic sites, including the exterior of the Castle, the Great Park, Eton college and the river Thames. There will be plenty of opportunities to take pictures and the guide will have many recommendations of things to do and places to eat, in and around the town. The tour guide has a degree in History and has lived in the area for 20+ years. In general, the tour has a relaxed air, with the intention of giving visitors an introduction to one of Britain's most important and majestic historical sites. The tour is free, but if you would like to make a voluntary payment to the guide there will be an opportunity to do this with cash at the end.
