Things to do Vilnius Highlights: Self-Guided Exploration Game

Explore the unique charm of Vilnius through a self-guided exploration game crafted by a passionate local storyteller and played outdoors, in the real world. You will explore 16 iconic locations while following a historical route with breathtaking views. At each location, you'll be solving a real-world puzzle by searching for clues on various elements such as monuments, graffiti, and facades. The game is mainly focused around the Old Town area, declared as UNESCO World Heritage, and includes many secret courtyards and alleys with stunning architecture from Gothic-style to Baroque-style. Starting from Lithuanian National Drama Theater, the stops are spaced an average of around 300m apart, with each location taking around 7 min to complete. The route also passes through St Anne's Church, Gediminas Castle, and Palace of the Grand Dukes. At every stop, the app unlocks a new chapter and guides people to the next location. DISCLAIMER: You will explore by yourself using the Questo app on your phone. No physical guide and no strangers will be involved. The full route covers approximately 4.7 km and takes around 2h to complete. You can play it any day, at any time. Languages available: EN.
