Things to do Free Walking Tour in Vienna City Center
Join us for a walk-through of Vienna’s City center. Together we will explore and discover the stories, and tales of Vienna’s history and present. The tour begins at Minoriten square near the metro station U3 Herrengasse. We’ll talk about life in the metropolis that was the center of the Holy Roman Empire for more than 600 years. Nowadays with almost 2 million inhabitants is one of the biggest in East Europe. A walk-in Vienna is impossible without visiting Mozart’s statue in Burggarden and talking about his legacy that moves Vienna’s concert scene to today. We will discover how coffee has become an everyday ritual and since when bakers in Vienna have been baking the popular Sacher Cake, Kaiserschmarrn. (Pancakes) After two and a half hours, our journey ends at the Cathedral of St. Stephan in the city center. “Great introduction to vienna”
We arrived only 2 houra before in Vienna and this was a great intoduction. Mirko was funny, informative and a great tour guide. He told ua so much history whilst adding his owm twist of humour and stories. The addition of the ear phones was great, I've never had this before but it made such a differnce.

Over 2 hours of really quality content! You'd think it would be hard to listen to someone talk for that long, but Mirko is truly a great guide - funny, informative and relevant, everything we saw and heard was really interesting! We really liked his humorous storytelling, and have enjoyed the tour throughly despite the freezing weather.

Look no more. It can’t get better than this!
After being dissapointed by another tour I took the other day, I decided I can’t leave Vienna without a proper guided walk. And luckily I stumbled on this one and quickly signed up.
Mirko is so passionate about what he does, and always has a smile on his face. He is very attentive, super well organized, a good singer ???? and knows how to blend history with humor. He even gives headphones to everyone so we can hear him very well.
It is hard to find the proper words to tell you how good this tour was! Look no more, this is the one to get! Unique, interactive, funny, yet full of knowledge.

We (my wife and I) have been on many walking tours around Europe. Mirko is definitely the most entertaining and has the most personality. He could have his own show, to be honest! “Great tour in Vienna City Center”
Mirko is a wonderful guide . He ‘s very interesting,shared many historical facts We did a great 2.5 h tour of the center even if the weather was is bit cold .Mirko is very caring about the group and made a stop inside Hofburg . He gave us many good recommendations for further explorations of the city and even sent them via WhatsApp

“Great intro to Vienna”
Mirko was a fantastic, entertaining, and knowledgeable guide! It was very easy to find him at the meetingbpoint because he sends a message explaining beforehand. It was super helpful that we had headsets do we didnt gave to strain to hear him. The content of the tour was also very good and i would recommend yhis yo others. Mirko gave lots of recommendations and saud not to worry about remembering as ge would send them via WhatsApp later, and he did! Thank you, Mirko!
