We are passionate insiders who collect information about the artists & their artwork. Some of them are more politically or socially critical, others more personal or artistically. Join us and discover local Street Art scene.
Things to do Free Street Art Tour Vienna
The passionate street art team from Vienna, consisting of artists, activists, and experts, wants to share the topic of street art with all interested people and create enlightenment. Some works of art are more politically or socially critical, others more personal or simply artistic. Is all this vandalism and illegal? Where is it allowed to paint and where not? These and other questions will be answered by the Prime Tours team on this Street Art Tour through Vienna. Every Saturday of the month we offer this free Street Art Tour (instead of 24€ per person). Participants* can look forward to an exciting & enlightening Street Art walk along with the longest open-air gallery in Europe, the Danube Canal. Please reserve your place online, group size is limited. The aim is not only to support the street art scene, but also to create a platform where locals, travelers, and art lovers can meet to exchange ideas about the city and its art.

“Great experience ”
I've been living in vienna for a couple of years and decided to experience the city more like a tourist again.
The walking tour was great! It took you off the path of the most common sights, I've learned a lot about street art and seen new places. Highly recommend!

Unser Guide war sehr toll, sehr freundlich und kompetent, wir haben viel über die verschiedenen Arten und Methoden gelernt und auch über Ursprung und Entwicklung. Die Tour beinhaltete verschiedenen Aspekte. Ich bin Wienerin und es war eine tolle Gelegenheit die Stadt und diese Kunstszene von einer anderen Seite kennenzulernen.
Kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

My children and I arrived a few minutes late at the meeting point, and there was already no one there. We wandered around a bit to find the group or a guide, but nothing. I tried to contact the guide through the app, but I didn't hear back. Since I had a confirmation of the booking and left my contact information, I would have at least expected a notification or something from the guide before leaving. But I also wonder if the meeting was real.

Guide did not show up, no message, no cancelation. Come on, if you cancel 1 hour before start people wouldn't need to travel for nothing. Or at least you could reply to messages that I was sending. Ridiculous

When we arrived at 3 pm by the meeting nobody was there. We checked the other entry from the train station but couldn't find the guide. We send a message but didn't get an answer. We were very disappointed.

“Guide didn’t show up - the app will not let me give 0 stars”
The tour was confirmed by email the day before and we got there early as requested. We were only in Vienna for 2 days so we planned our Saturday around this tour. We waiting in the freezing cold for 40 mins total and the guide never showed up. One of the people waiting tried to contact the guide but had no response. If they didn’t want to do the tour they could have cancelled it but they didn’t. So no contact, no cancellation, no guide ☹️

“Expect to see more ”
The guide was really nice and knowledgeable but the content was lacking streets and various places of street art.
It barely lasted 1:15 hours which was short!
We went along mainly 1 long wall and that’s it. We were 4 people and expected to see more streets, areas, city vibes….we are tourists and showing us a wall in Vienna for 1 hour is not a tour for us.

We arrived at the location perfect in time but no one was there. Even if the guide was there, he was not recognizable. We waited 15 minutes and we decided to visit the canal without the guide. I suggest you to follow an other tour

It was great to learn about the philosophies and politics of street art while appreciating the lane of street art in Vienna! Our guide was very knowledgeable but I wish he was a little more confident because he has so much to share and really loves art and the messages behind them. Thank you for this opportunity to appreciate Austrian art, culture and history!
