“Excelente experiencia con Moisés ”
Moisés is a great guide! He picked us up near our hotel with a proper car. Then dove us to Cartage and showed us the main ruins giving interesting information (in an excellent Spanish) about each point. We really enjoyed the whole tour, talking with Moisés and learn about the amazing history Tunisia has.
Visiting the ruins without a proper guide like him and by car could be a mistake. Distances between the points are not walking distances!
This experience really worth it!!

“Quel guide ce Moises ”
Il a une voix douce (çà fait du bien aux parisiens stressés que nous sommes). Il connaît très bien son sujet (férus d'histoire, s'il avait été approximatif, on s'en serait aperçus).
Comme il utilise sa voiture (ou un van) pour découvrir les différents sites de Carthage, il nous a proposé de nous ramener à l'hôtel. Quelle gentillesse.
Je n'hésiterais pas à l'appeler si je veux faire une visite supplémentaire.

“Visite rapide et informative”
J'ai bien apprécié cette visite. Le guide, Moises, le dit tout de suite : il faudrait deux jours pour vraiment visiter Carthage. En un peu plus de deux heures et avec l'aide de sa voiture, Moises permet de passer par plusieurs sites puniques et romains : le tophet, les ports puniques (vus de la voiture), les thermes d'Antonin, le théâtre (surtout reconstruit) et l'aqueduc/des cisternes. Nous nous sommes également arrêtés pour prendre des photos à plusieurs beaux endroits et avons visité la Mosquée Imam Malik Ibn Anas du début du XXIème siècle et l'Acropolium (ancienne Cathédrale Saint-Louis). Moises nous a montré des ambassades et le palais présidentiel en passant et nous a parlé de la vie des gens locaux, ce qui était intéressant. En plus de ses bonnes explications, il a eu la gentillesse de nous déposer à la fin de la visite.

Para visitar Cartago, es necesario ir con un guia. Es cierto que puede llegarse facil con transporte publico pero hay aspectos culturales e historicos que deben ser escuchados de una persona competente. Si vas por tu cuenta, la informacion en las ruinas es nula, entonces solo veras 4 piedras sin mucho sentido. Hay que escuchar sobre la religion y la historia de Cartago para entender que es lo que tienes la suerte de estar visitando. Yo recomiendo al Sr. Omar porque es muy ocurrente. Pero creanme, en estos casos es mejor ir con un guia experto

Ainsi, cela permet d'avoir une vision d'ensemble. Il nous a même ramenés ensuite jusqu'à la Goulette, où il se rendait, et nous a raconté plein de choses sur le trajet, concernant ce qu'on voyait, c'était très sympa et agréable, au lieu de prendre un taxi !

I feel really lucky to have had Moises as my guide. Super kind, friendly, and very professional. Even though the rest of the group cancelled at the last minute and I ended up being the only one, he didn’t cancel and still gave me an amazing private tour. Honestly, many guides would have just called it off.
We explored so many fascinating sites, and what I really appreciated is how he answered all my questions with patience, even the ones not directly related to Carthage. You can really feel his passion and knowledge.

Moises was a warm and engaging guide from start to finish. He clearly explained the route at the beginning, which made the tour feel well organized and easy to follow. His deep knowledge of Carthage and Roman history, along with his genuine passion, truly brought the sites to life, and I learned so much along the way.
Although this tour is not normally offered in English and English is the only language I understand, Moises made a real effort to explain everything to me in English to the best of his ability. His English is improving, but even so, he communicated the rich history and culture beautifully and made sure I could fully enjoy and understand the experience. It was clear he went the extra mile just to make my tour enjoyable.

Par nature, les ruines étant ce qu'elles sont, la superposition séculaire des civilisations rendant difficile une compréhension aisée, Moises est là pour éclaircir tout cela . Il a fait un choix de sites emblématiques ( car il est impossible de tout voir en 3 h), permettant de mieux comprendre ces strates... beaucoup de légendes et histoires raconté es autour du Tophet, belles descriptions des thermes d'Antonin

Moez nos hizo un tour individual a mi pareja y a mí por la zona de Cartago enseñándonos algunos de los puntos de interés más relevantes. Nos llevó en su coche, lo cual facilitó mucho poder ver en las 2h que duró el tour tanto el Tofet, el puerto púnico, las termas de Antonino, el teatro romano y el acueducto (de otra manera imposible en tan poco tiempo). Domina muy bien el español y nos supo explicar con mucho detalle la historia de toda la zona, además tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos al finalizar en el punto que quisiésemos (se ofreció a llevarnos hasta Sidi Bou Said si necesario). ¡Muy recomendable para una primera visita a Cartago!

“Excelente tour con Moisés”
Moisés nos ha explicado todo Cartago! Ha sido una pasada, nos llevó en su coche de un lado a otro para que no tuviéramos que andar muchísimo que las distancias son enormes entre los diferentes complejos. Nos dejó en Sidi Bou Said y de camino incluso visitamos un cementerio de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Muy recomendable!

The guide is really nice. Just be aware that it’s not a traditional walking tour — he takes you from site to site in his car. So it’s small groups only, due to the car’s limited capacity.
That said, I would still definitely recommend him. He was very friendly and even helped me find a restaurant , which was a real challenge since it was Eid al-Adha and almost everything was closed.

“Excellent tour of Carthage with Moisés!”
We had an excellent tour of Carthage with Moisés. His knowledge of the area and its history was unparalleled. As he took us to each new site, I learned so about the different waves of people and culture that influenced the region (Punic, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs). He was very accommodating and his speed was good. We visited a lot of sites, but it didn't feel overwhelming. He was also humorous at points, which balanced the serious tenor of the learning experience.
Para los que hablan español, Moisés domina muy bien el idioma y no cabe duda que si tiene facilidad como guía.
