Things to do Dublin Rogues Tour

The Dublin Rogues Tour is a walking tour of Merrion Square Park starting at the Oscar Wilde Monument at the North West end of the Park. We discuss the life and times of Oscar Wilde, including all the scandals associated with him and his family, who lived at number one Merrion Square. The park has a number of statues and busts dotted throughout the Park of Irish freedom fighters, writers, and politicians, and we will talk about each one. We will also do a piece on others associated with the Square and explain the famous former residents of the Square. The tour is approximately an hour and twenty minutes long and is both entertaining and informative with a range of fascinating stories of the lives of those who once called Merrion Square their home, including Daniel O'Connell, Henry Grattan, WB Yeats, just to mention a few.
