Join me on a tour of Dublin to discover its history, culture, and most emblematic corners.
We start at The Spire, our meeting point, a modern monument that literally points to the sky. From there, we will visit the General Post Office (GPO), symbol of the struggle for Irish independence and epicenter of the 1916 Easter Rising.
We will cross the Liffey River over the charming Ha'penny Bridge, one of the city's most photographed icons. We will enter the lively Temple Bar area, famous for its vibrant atmosphere, street art, and nightlife. You will learn the story behind Molly Malone, the legendary seafood vendor turned legend.
We will continue on to the imposing City Hall and historic Dublin Castle, witness to centuries of change and conflict.
Finally, the tour may conclude (optionally) at the Brazen Head, the oldest pub in Ireland, full of stories and tradition. If you decide to return to O'Connell Street, we will pass by the Four Courts, another key point of the Rising, closing a journey through the historic heart of the city.
