“More than a tour”
More than tour, the guide Pilar gave us several suggestions (books, movies, etc) to deepen our knowledge about all the interesting information she was giving us. Several tips on where to go, where to eat and even added stops to the tour where we could take the best pictures. There was no question she couldn’t answer, the atmosphere was light and fun the whole time and we had a great time. Highly recommed this one :)

“A fantastic Amsterdam tour”
This tour was amazing! It’s the perfect way to explore Amsterdam and learn about the city. Pilar, our guide, was the best ever—so friendly, funny, and full of great stories. Even though it was rainy and cold, she brought sunshine to a windy grey day.
We got to see all the highlights of the city center, plus some hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own. Pilar also shared fantastic tips for restaurants and things to do after the tour.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Amsterdam!

I really enjoyed this free tour given by Pilar.
Even though the time was not ideal, she made the tour so enjoyable and interesting that I didn’t care about the weather.
So much historical information given in a very good way so it was not bored at all.
I highly recommend take the free tour with Pilar!

Amsterdam has a lot of history. Our wonderful spanish tourguide managed to pack the most important in one tour though. Next to the crowdy interesting streets we got to see some more quiet ones. This made us a really great experience. Thanks for the tour!

We took Pilar's tour on September 20th. We highly, highly recommend this tour with Pilar. This tour was every bit as good as the "non-free" tours. Pilar was totally organized, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about giving us the very best in-depth tour. Her knowledge of the history of Amsterdam and the connection to how and why Amsterdam evolved as it did was outstanding and very interesting. Pilar pointed out many things that we hadn't noticed and took us to some tour stops that we wouldn't have gone to on our own. She explained how the Red Light district came about and how it got it's name, which we didn't know. The tour was scheduled for 2 hours but we were running late as our group walked around and Pilar extended the tour a half-hour so we didn't miss anything.
