Agadir: Sahara Desert Exploration Tour

Start your excursion with a pickup from your hotel around 8:30 AM in a 4x4 vehicle, followed by a stop at the fishing village on the wild beach of Sidi R'bat, where you can visit the fishermen's caves and perhaps find some shells on the secluded beach. Then, drive along a rally-style route on sand dunes and sandy terrain along the Atlantic Ocean. Make a quick stop at the Massa River, where you may spot some migrating birds, before heading toward the walled city of Tiznit, where you will see the walls and ramparts of the old city. We will take a short break in Tiznit to rest and learn a little about the city. Feel free to walk through the old Medina and browse the handmade Berber silver jewelry. Once we finish our visit to Tiznit, we will drive toward the Atlas Mountains and stop at a local house for a delicious lunch featuring two traditional dishes, tajine, and couscous, accompanied by a dessert of seasonal local fruits and mint tea. Vegetarian meals are available upon request. After lunch, enjoy some free time to take photos and explore the sand dunes.
