“What a fantastic tour and professional guide”
We have absolutely no complaints. From minute one to the last Jill (our guide) provided us with useful and exciting information and guided us in a perfect storyline through the history of Tainan an Taiwan. “Great experience doing the old town tour”
We did the Old town tour with Frank and it was a great way to get to know the history of Taiwan. He told us a lot of facts and he made it entertaining. Lots of energy, walking and chatting. I would definitely recommend this tour ????

“Amazing tour with an even more amazing tour guide”
Had a tour of old town Anping on August 31, 2024. Chin Chin was fabulous as our tour guide and showed us so many hidden gems and treasures, told us great stories, and met some of the gracious locals. Would definitely recommend having Chin Chin as a guide!!!

“The Guide Did Not Show”
Our guide did not show, it was very disappointing. There were two other groups who booked the same tour at the same time and we waited for 15 minutes, texted the guide through your app, but nothing. Very disappointed!

Emily did a great job explaining so much about the history of the old town and various occupiers and made it really come alive with her descriptions. Nicely paced! All in rain...torrential some times. Thank you as well for local recommendations

“Amazing Tour through Tainan”
We had the best experience with our tour guide Ting! She was really lovely and great! We learned all about the city's history, saw very interesting sights and got all our questions answered. We even made a spontaneous little detour to get free dragon lamps for the Lantern Festival at night. Thank you so much, Ting!! ????

“Great tour”
Michael and frank provided a great tour.
They stared with a brief introduction of the overall history of Taiwan, which is very helpful for foreign tourists. The free walking tour was around the anping old fort area but you don’t actually go in (ticket entry). But, our tour guide managed us to touch and see a piece of wall that’s in the same age of the old fort. Anping could be considered as the origin of Taiwan. With this guided tour, I felt like I knew more about the place.

“Good guides!”
Jill and Joyce were a great duo. I was the only one who booked the Old Anping Tour, was late by 20 mins, and yet they gave their all throughout. Learned so much of Taiwan and the random side streets we wandered. They also answered other questions about Taiwan and are generally responsive to every question I asked. Thanks a lot for the amazing experience.

“Great Tour”
I highly recommend this tour, it provides great insight into the history of Tainan and Taiwan more broadly. Frank and William were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and were able to field questions on diverse topics from architecture to religious beliefs to cultural practices. As always happens, the quality of guides varies. These two guides were the best I had on 3 walking tours with Like It Formosa.

“Old Town Tour - 28.05.2023”
I took part in an Old Town Guided Tour lead by Wilson and Leo. Both of them were well-prepared, kind and handled our group very well. I have learnt a lot about Tainan's interesting history and it was a pleasure to see all those remnants and still standing artifacts on site.
