“Great Free Tour in Tainan ”
Wasn’t sure we had the correct tour as the guide didn’t hold up the Green & White fan until we set off. Started on a busy road and a bit difficult to hear at first - this was much Really informative and comprehensive guided tour. Smallish group. Both tour guides very knowledgeable - Rick and and another lady (sorry didn’t catch her name - she was training).

“Fantastic tour with Sushin ”
We had a wonderful time with Sushin. She gave an excellent tour, providing an excellent overview of the history of Taiwan with a focus on Tainan. She is both personable and knowledgeable and her passion for sharing her love for Tainan came through. We had a lot of fun seeing both major sights and lesser known places of interest. I recommend her and the company highly.,

“Great tour”
On a very warm day we met up with our guide. She took us on a great tour of the city, mindfully making sure we all had water and showing us some of the popular iced beverages too.
It was a great way to acclimate ourselves to a new city and learn about the rich history of the former capital. Our tour guide was very engaging throughout the whole tour and was able to share some delicious food options with us at the end as well.

“Absolutely excellent guide and tour”
This was our only day in Tainan and this tour was perfect for setting the scene in the morning. Our guide Sushin was amazing, incredibly knowledgeable and with a great energy and personality, she provided a fascinating overview of both local and national history in Taiwan. She showed us some of the big historical and cultural sites but also made time to draw our attention to some of the less obvious but equally fascinating places in the city, including places we would never have known were there. She also provided a view into the daily life, society and beliefs, alongside the history, and was kind enough to recommend an excellent spot for lunch at the end of the tour. I can't recommend her and the tour highly enough.

“Got to know my own hometown better”
Although my father grew up in downtown Tainan, but I knew only a little about the history here. Michael was so patient and helpful in answering my questions and giving me a clear yet interesting tidbits of the history and architecture here. He uses good visuals, quizzes, and breaks to keep us engaged. Highly recommended.

Great tour as it turned out to be a ‘private tour for 2 people. Guide Emily was good and has good knowledge of Tainan and its history.

“Excellent free walking tour of Tainan ”
We really enjoyed the walking tour led by Emily. She was a great guide and very knowledgeable and friendly. There were so many stops covered, I particularly enjoyed the first two temples where we learnt about the local religion. The narrow ally was also a great stop off that we would have never found on our own! What a lovely city, happy to have learnt more about it.

“Perfect tour ”
The tour was amazing. Peggy and Zoe showed me the beautiful sides of Tainan. We had a stop at an old tea shop to refresh and they gave me some recommendations for food.
I was the only person who showed up to the free tour that day and they gave me a private tour for almost three hours. Thank you again

Our guides were Joyce and Ting, a lovely duo, who had lots of fascinating stories about local culture and history. The tiny details and the recommended ice tea, which all of us could buy during a short stop, made the tour truly enjoyable.
I can only recommend the tour, it was great.
