Things to do Prague Free Tour: Mysteries & Legends
Embark on a unique and fascinating journey through the streets of Mala Strana. This tour will take you to the brink of reality, where the legendary world and our own come together. Explore the charming and historic neighborhood and uncover the captivating stories that have shaped its rich history. As you wander the picturesque streets, listen to tales of love, tragedy, and mystery that have been passed down through the generations. From star-crossed lovers to fascinating alchemists, each story will provide a glimpse into Prague's fascinating past. Bookings for groups larger than 6 adults are not accepted. Important: Our groups are limited to 30 people, which is one of the lowest maximum capacities in the city (other companies typically accommodate up to 40 people). If this number is too high for your preference, we recommend hiring a private guide. You will need a public transport ticket. We will take a tram to the first stop of the tour. You can purchase the ticket at the meeting point. The cost of the ticket is only 30 CZK (1.2 EUR). Please note that this activity is not recommended for people with mobility challenges and strollers!

“A snowy night in Prague”
We, my husband and I, enjoyed the tour even though it was a bit cold. The guide took us to the exact locations of most of the stories, and some parts of the city we probably skipped it if weren't on this tour.
we highly recommend this tour to everyone who would like to experience the mysterious part of the Prague.

“Really enjoyable, interesting, spooky tour”
This was my first freewalking tour and I really enjoyed it. The group was kind of big but the guide made sure that everyone comes close enough to listen. He was a good storyteller and quite a funny guy. I can highly recommend that tour for everyone interested in some spooky legends and myths.

Our guide, Petr, was friendly and polite. He told us some interesting stories, though he did tend to waffle on a bit about things that weren't important or crucial to the atmosphere or story. The stories were more about history and urban legends, not really mysterious or ghostly. The views of the city at night were rewarding though.
The walking speed between the locations was very fast, which might make the tour difficult for some participants. If you have spent the whole day walking around this fascinating tour, you should have a rest or take it easy in the afternoon before starting this tour.
The tour lasted quite a bit longer than advertised, this may be important, if you are using public transport to get back to your accommodation.

.The tour was enjoyable, but there is room for improvement. Our guide, Petr, was friendly and funny, and he shared some interesting stories as darkness fell over the narrow streets of the old town. However, certain aspects could have been handled with more care. The tour lasted significantly longer than advertised, so keep that in mind. Additionally, the walking pace was quite brisk, which might be challenging for some participants to keep up with. And it is more about urban legends and history, than ghosts, so keep that in mind too.
