It was a great tour and our guide ( Dylan ) did an excellent job explaining things and keeping things on schedule. Our only concern was that when the tour of the castle was done he did not accompany the group back to the starting location. This left us feeling surprised but other than that, the tour was excellent

“A warm, inspiring tour of Prague”
The 2.5-hour tour through historical Prague went by absolutely effortlessly. It felt like a light, inspiring journey that revealed the true magic of the city. A huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Zack, who was truly wonderful—warm, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. Zack shared the history as if he were revealing something personal and meaningful. His stories made the streets come alive; ancient walls suddenly felt like silent witnesses to long-forgotten events. Walking with him, listening, and simply being in the moment was genuinely a pleasure. This tour left us with a warm, glowing feeling and made Prague feel even closer to the heart. We truly recommend it to anyone who wants not just to see the city, but to feel its soul.

The guide is full of knowledge but after a while everybody loose concentration and interests. Some of them just left. Too much of irrelevant things to say, for what, just to say that he knows!? Shorter and "get the point" things. And for what to know his private life. Its ok but after 2.5h we left the tour because we need and the tour didnt finished and they had more.

We did the morning tour of Old Town with Mel and enjoyed her as a guide so much that we signed up for this tour as well. It was a smaller group in the afternoon and we enjoyed the intimate setting and the views from up in the Castle Complex. Mel had a lot of interesting information to share about the castle guard and the religious conflicts that have shaped the history of the buildings in this part of Prague. We are very impressed with her depth of knowledge and generosity in sharing it!

This Prague tour, unfortunately, was quite average, particularly when compared to other, more enriching experiences I've had in the city. While our guide was exceptionally genuine and friendly, the information shared felt very generic, focusing almost exclusively on architecture with little to no mention of Prague's fascinating history or details from the castle. I had hoped for a deeper dive into the city's past, but the commentary largely skimmed the surface, leaving me wanting more.

One Tour was cancelled so immediately I was handed kindly over to Ians Hands and He did amazing. He knew all the Secrets Like how to enter the castle district without paying and let us know some funny Details about the Prior Czech President (....)
I definately enjoyed and got the Most important historic information. Just as much as you need, and Not too much.
