“Se suspendió y no se nos avisó”
Llegamos a las 3pm a la cita. Había 3 guías, unos nos atendió y no estábamos en su lista. Le enseñamos el email recibido. Nos apuntó manualmente. Llegaron otras dos personas y preguntaron por nuestra misma excursión y les dijeron que se suspendió porque no había gente. Cuando empezó el tour nos dimos cuenta que no era lo que nosotras queríamos. Cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que habíamos llegado tarde y que el guía se había marchado ya. Que dos personas habían estado esperando y que el mínimo eran 5.... según nosotras seríamos 6 con la pareja que llegó más tarde que nosotras, nosotras y los que debían de estar antes de la hora ..... si se nos hubiera avisado antes de todo esto, nos hubiéramos organizado el día de otra manera. Una pena. No nos gustó el trato. Creo que se puede mejorar el servicio....

“Excellent tour experience”
The tour with Isaac has been very interesting and useful from the very beginning until the very end. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history and facts surrounding the monuments that we visited. He also provided us with personal tips about what to visit next, restaurant recommendations, and where to have the best views of the city!
Overall we have been very satisfied with the quality of the tour and we would definitely recommend it!

Rubbish! The tour in English didn't operate. I was waiting in the designated area 15 mins early and had adjusted my days activity only to be told when I arrived it was cancelled due to lack of numbers. No info, no update to email or app l. And then they sent me a review titled "how was your tour". I would not recommend this company.

We had a great tour in English by Alexander while on a Prague Free Tour. We covered the Royal Gardens, Palace, Cathedral and Charles Bridge. I did the tour in the morning with Alexander, and I stayed with him to do the other tour around 2:30 in the old town.
He is a cool kids. Everything was fine but, just make sure to asked him to adds bathroom breaks during the tour. And by water in case you want to.
After that everything was fine. I will recommended him.

The tour with Isaac was great! He had a lot of input along the way and he was funny. He made sure that everyone was there the whole time (with so many tourists in the streets and the tram ride, you can easily lose your group) and explained us where to go if we ever lost him on the tram ride. There was even a short break at a free public bathroom which was nice considering the length of the tour. And he tried to always keep us in the shade so that we didn’t burn in the sun! The tour ended in a very nice location close to the castle.

“Fascinating from start to finish, very entertaining ”
Very entertaining, lots of stuff you wouldn’t find easily on google and it’s obvious the guide (sorry I can’t remember her name) had a wealth of knowledge but tailored each tour to the group she has with her. Will definitely be booking again.
