The guide was a little Bit unexperience and she needs to work on doing the tour natural and entretained.
It is one of her first tours so she Would do better next times

“Poco contenido interesante ”
La guia hablaba decentemente el castellano, pero la informacion sobre lo que había que ver era muy escasa, nada interesante, ni aportando ningun dato, curiosidad, algo que aportara más que hacer le recorrido por tu cuenta. No lo recomiendo.

“Not useful ”
No content tour, just walking around (at least the route covered the most important places to visit) with stops to read the signs, which can be done without a guide. Also really difficult to hear the guide as he was not making an effort to speak loud enough for the group.

“It exceeded expectations !”
Ibrahim was very engaging with many tidbits about the city.. He was able to keep us walking with much enthusiasm and i was looking forward to the next nugget that he would share. Definitely assimilated the vibes of Ottawa and its importance in our day to day interactions.
The walk was refreshing and I learned a lot... Don't forget to tip the guide :)

“Recommendable!”
This tour gave me some information about Ottawa.I would have loved it to be a bit more of historical information. Some questions I asked could not be answered by the guide. Despite that the guide was very good in explaining (street) art (e.g. sculptures, murials, memorials) to us. He had some tipps for us where to dine or go out, as well.

“Suggestion”
I appreciate the effort put into the tour and the enthusiasm of the guides. One suggestion for improvement would be to include more historical landmarks and reduce the focus on spots that didn’t have much relevance or seemed improvised on the spot.
When someone chooses a free tour, it’s often because they can’t or don’t want to pay the price of a standard tour. What I didn’t appreciate was that the suggested tip amount was mentioned three times during the tour, and it was very close to what a paid tour would cost. That kind of defeats the purpose of joining a “free” tour.
I’ve taken free tours all over the world and in none of them was a specific tip amount emphasized so much. I understand the need to suggest a contribution, but the repeated insistence felt a bit uncomfortable.
