Ottoman Night Dinner Cruise Istanbul

1. emails sent to the company for hotel pick up were not answered, so it cost us extra to get there and back 2. when we got to the boat, they never had a booking for us. lucky i had the email with me to prove the booking 3. no cutlery on the table for one of us, no water glasses, only one salad between two people 4. the food was disgusting. the hot food was actually cold. who likes cold chips? 5. the servings were small, but we never ate them, so it didnt matter 6. no dessert, even though I saw desserts on the reception desk on the way out 7. no drinks without sugar 8. staff never came to ask what we wanted, we had to chase them down 9. the female toilet smelt so strongly of aemonia from urine that was all over the floor, I couldnt use the toilet 10. i was only able to drink water. no tea or coffee, no drinks without sugar. when I asked for a beer, they said "you have to pay" very rudely. so i didnt bother 11. the windows were so condensed that you could not see out of them 12. the entertainment staff demanded tips, standing at the table until you gave them one 13. you could not even see most of the entertainment from our seats I went on another river cruise the night before, spontaneous drop in, and it was amazing. so much better than the Otterman night cruise. It makes me not want to ever book with freetour.com again.
