Next, we will take a short walk to Hoi An harbor. This port was once the busiest port of Southeast Asia in the 15th and 16th centuries. 9:15 We take a boat ride from Hoi An harbor along the bank of the Thu Bon River to Cam Thanh fishing village for the cooking classes. (40 minutes) 10:15 Taking a Bamboo Basket Boat short trip to enjoy and admire the unique eco coconut forest in village before your cooking class starts. 11:00 Arrived cooking class, enjoy welcomes drink. My brother, a professional chef with many years of experience, will demonstrate and share with you the steps to cook unique dishes that are only offered locally.
