“Recommended!!”

The tour was really up to my taste, as I really enjoy a heavy historical content based tour, and that was what I got but not only. Get to know the origin of the city and how it became what it is today. The tour guide was really entertaining and knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions. Definitely recommend if you're visiting and interested in knowing more about Gjirokaster and Albania.

“Tres Bien!”

The tour was great! Our guide Eugene was extremely knowledgeable and took us to some very cool spots we wouldn't have discovered on our own. I loved the history and pop culture facts. At the end of the tour, we were given a list of recommended places (e.g. coffee shops and restaurants). These are spots recommended by locals so you know they are authentic. Eugene is a national guide so he can help with good info for all Albania, he was ready and so prepared for any question. I highly recommend this tour!

“Exellent Tour”

The free tour of Gjirokaster was an amazing experience! A very beautiful city full of history and multiple layers of architecture. The tour was made great by having an amazing tour guide who was very informative and very helpful, he even helped us with our plan for the rest of our trip in Albania. I highly recommend this tour! If you do it you will not be disappointed!

“Amazing tour of Gjirokaster”

It was one of the best tours we have done so far. Eugene was a a very professional guide ready to answer to everybody questions in the group. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and with e big sens of humour. I'm glad we did the tour we learned a lot of history and we visited places we would not have vist on our own. Eugene gave us also ideas where to go for the rest of our trip. Highly recommended to everyone!

“Great "private" tour”

Only my wife and I and Eugen did the tour as usual, thank you accepting so small "group". Eugen showed us places where we never thought to visit. His comments were very interesting and the tour was a pleasure.

“Great tour around Gjirokastar”

Eugen was really nice showing us around the city and some corners that we would not check for sure.. He was really professional even though we were just 3 people, he didn't cancel the tour and he ran the tour from the beginning till the end.

“Informative and relaxing tour through Gijrokaster”

We learnt a lot about Gijrokaster and the history of Albania in general on this tour. Eugen took a lot of time for us and answered all our questions. Gijrokaster is very beautiful, but you have to walk a few metres up and down on uneven ground. We can recommend the tour to anyone who is good on foot and interested in history.

“Wonderful experience with Eugen!”
