“terrible”
This was a very bad experience. I didn’t cancel the appointment, I showed up on time, but a guide weren’t there. This is simply not how people shoud be treated. It’s very bad, terrible even. I am deeply disappointed.

“Great tour ”
The tour was really great and the two hours flew by. We were a small group of three people and Ansari accompanied us through the streets of Genoa with interesting information along the way. Absolutely recommended!

“A useful introduction to the old city”
Choose this tour to get a feel for the old city and to familiarise yourself with some of the key landmarks. We enjoyed wandering through the maze of lanes and I doubt we would have been able to do this as effectively on our own. Our guide helpfully guided us to the funicular station at the end. We appreciated being able to start at 10am. Recommended.
