Join our cultural walk (3 km) with stops for photos, contemplation, and reflection on the history of nature, immigration, culture, architecture, murals, and the pioneering role in the city's public art. Discover the essence of the islanders.
We'll walk through the streets of downtown Florianópolis, through the graffiti murals, mosaics, and historic and modernist architecture, and we'll see that "the city and its fame go beyond the seas". The island of the dispossessed and its magnetism have attracted witches, witch doctors, indigenous people, Africans, Europeans, adventurers, painters, madmen, poets, artists, politicians, and students with a lot of attitude.
Our walk will include stops for photos, contemplation, and reflection on the history of the islanders' nature, conflicts, stories, daily life, urban configurations, and the city's pioneering role in public art in the country.
We'll start at Armazém Rita Maria and walk for approximately 3 kilometers, passing by the main tourist attractions in the central region, including the Hercílio Luz bridge, and finish at the public market to enjoy a shrimp pastry and a beer with all the participants.
