We have taken over 10 Freetours worldwide and this is the most disappointing. Not only is he not local, India decent, with SMALL voice and THICK accent, UNAWARE of his crowd (walking way ahead of group) etc. whenever asked if he has a microphone, he said he was not provided one! He’s a nice guy, but absolutely with no experience, no voice and with heavy accent. Other 4 YOUNG Polish girls have the same trouble understanding him! Please do not have him guide for you again.

We just waited for 30min and left after tonnes of emails with the main office that couldn't get a life info for us .
