“Couldn't Find the Guide”
I really can't give a review as the guide was not where the location/pin on map noted in confirmation.
We arrived 10 minutes early, stayed 15 minutes after, and no Blue Umbrella/FreeTour sign (it was raining and we even walked up to tourists with blue umbrellas) Very odd as we received an email one day prior reconfirming our assistance. A few other people were there also looking for the same tour, so either the information is incorrect on the site/pin on map, or the guide didn't show up.
We were fortunate to find the Yellow Umbrella tour at a different location one hour later, and that tour was quite good.

Nice information about the city. Not to much details but enough to have some good insight in the city background. We also got quiet some information about where to get good local food.
The route was probably pretty common to take since we also met other tours. Non the less we saw a great lot of the main buildings and city center

He made something’s a joke and kept us interesting. He told a lot in the 2 hours but in a good way.
Maybe a card with al his recommendations was a little bit better then telling everything. With a card you can make a picture.

Nos hubiera encantado hacer la visita guiada que habíamos reservado con meses de antelación pero la organización no reparó hasta la tarde anterior en que el miércoles 25 era festivo nacional y que, por esa razón, decidían suspender el tour de las 12.15 horas. Lástima también que el correo electrónico con el que nos avisaron a las cinco de la tarde del martes entrara en la carpeta de spam. Al final hicimos la visita por nuestra cuenta, utilizamos el tren turístico que sale del ayuntamiento y que va dando información a lo largo de un trayecto de una hora y diez minutos. No es lo mismo, pero...
