Accompanied by our Spanish speaking guide, the tour begins at Congress Square, one of the most important in the whole country where we will find the Philharmonic Academy and Ljubljana´s old University building. Next, carry along towards New Square.
Visit the National and University Library, a majestic building which combines different cultures and home to old relics; wander along the banks of the Ljubljana River as far as Shoemakers´ Bridge, a business areas named after the shoemakers who lived and sold their shoes from here during the Middle Ages.
Afterwards, contemplate St. Nicholas´ Cathedral which stands tall with its green dome and twin towers or the Central Market. In addition, visit the popular Dragon Bridge and end at the Townhall which dates back to the 15th century with its façade reflecting Venetian architectural influences.
To end the tour, we will stop at Preseren Square, the most important and vibrant square in the city; contemplate the three bridges or the Triple Bridge, an architectural structure of great interest.
