“Tour that never happened”

Yiannis has gone the extra mile for this tour. We had the opportunity to find out about the history of Corfu and see some of the key spots of the city. Yiannis was very knowledgeable as well as kind to accommodate any interests and needs and made great suggestions for our stay. Definitely recommending this tour, as it has given us great insights to the locals' lifestyle and the stories of Corfu.

“Excellent Walking Tour”
My wife & myself took this tour at the end of our holiday week in Corfu. We would have taken it earlier however online it appeared fully booked & this was purely down to its popularity.
Yiannis is an excellent guide & his knowledge of his birthplace is unquestionable. We joined a small party of participants & enjoyed a very interesting historical tour of Corfu old town. Despite being at the end of our holiday, we learned so much more about Corfu & visited places we had not previously discovered. Yiannis delivered the tour in a very friendly, casual style & was only too pleased for participants to join in & ask questions. Although the walking tour was scheduled for 90 mins, we were lucky enough to enjoy approximately 120 mins. Yiannis also relayed some great Corfu tips & recommendations via WhatsApp following the event & as such, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the tour to anyone looking for this sort of thing.

“Corfu off the beaten track”
Yannis or John as he introduced himself, was a local with a clear love of his town and knowledgable about Corfu’s varied past. He organised us through WhatsApp the day before the tour.
The walk took us to some busy squares but via quiet back streets and most of the conversation was mercifully in shady spots. At the end we also came away with some great tips on authentic eating places and other places to visit in the island.
Well worth doing.

“Great intro to Corfu”
Yiannis was great - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. We really enjoyed our 2 hours exploring the back streets and seeing sights and learning facts we would have missed otherwise. His tips for the rest of the island were also really helpful, along with the offer of additional help via WhatsApp if we have any other questions during our stay. He always found a spot to stop and talk in the shade, which was very necessary on such a hot day. Thanks Yiannis!

Walking around Corfu town with a local I feel like I really gained good insight into, not only the history of Corfu town, but what it's like to live there as well. “Friendly helpful guide - a great introduction to the town”
Really impressed with Yiannis's communication with the group. Great idea to have a Whatsapp group to share meeting info before and recommendations after. Maybe this could be used to share the images and map used during the tour so the group have them for reference and can see them more easily? Great content, but might be easier to follow if there was a more chronological structure. Thanks for all the helpful extra information you shared.

“Corfu super tour!”
First if all, when we arrived in Corfu and couldn’t find our accommodation in the maze of the Old Town, Yannis happened to be there and saved us, finding the needle in the haystack! So we were determined to join him on his tour today.
That too was a delight. He was full of fascinating insights into Corfu in all its historical phases and he guided us superbly on a journey of discovery and serendipity.
