Very Interesting tour of the Old Medina. Really impressed by Amine the guide. We have had several tours in other cities in the past and he was by far the best. He was very knowledgeable on not just the Old Medina but answered lots of questions about the way of life in Morocco which made it very interesting. Also he spoke good clear English.

“No show”

Unfortunately our guide didn't show up nd we waisted our time. We consequently found an email sent that very morning canceling our tour. We would have appreciated being informed in advance in order not to waiste practically all morning between arriving at the meeting point and then hanging around waiting.

“Great tour of the Medina with Amine”

Amine and I walked around the Medina for 2 hours and finished the tour at the Hassan II mosque. Amine gave me lots of useful information about Casablanca and a really personal insight into the Medina. His enthusiasm for his job as a guide and his local knowledge make him a perfect guide for discovering a part of Casablanca that you may not see as a tourist without a local.

“a new point of view ”

this tour allowed us to see the real Medina. Keep in mind it will take you through the routes less travelled. It's completely different from the Medinas in Fez or Marrakech, and you need a guide to get around.

“Disappointed our guide did not show up”

We we waiting at the appointed location and time with one other participant, but our guide did not come. Waited for 20 minutes and sent messages but no response. Eventually and reluctantly tried to find the Medina by ourselves. Was very much looking forward to local insight.

“Great introduction to Casablanca and its Medina ”

Amine gave us a really interesting tour of the Casablanca medina that was the perfect introduction for me to the culture and history of both the city and Morocco as well. He speaks perfect English, is very friendly, and gave an honest and personal reflection of modern life in the country and, in particular, the medina, showing us around the labyrinth of houses, stores, and market stalls. In addition, he was happy to give a lot of tips and recommendations for our overall trip, including places outside Morocco. The tour lasted just the right amount of time and for me felt like just what I needed for my first day in the country. Thanks Amine and take care!

“Guide did not show up”

The guide did not show up and wrote 10 minutes after we were supposed to meet, that (s)he cannot make it due to a sudden illness. As i had no reception or wifi I got the message only in the evening and it would have been to late anyhow, as I was already waiting at the meeting point at the time when (s)he wrote. This has never happened to me before and I have done a lot of free tours already!
