Free tour Canterbury is a two-hour guided walking tour of the old town and main tourist sites of Canterbury city of this impressive UNESCO World Heritage City. We will start at Buttermarket Square (opposite the Christ Church Gate or entrance to the cathedral), from where we will set off to St Augustine's Abbey and finally St. Martin's Church, the place where Christianity began in England. After this visit, we will return inside the city walls by St. Peter street, and walk along the main artery of the city showing the different cultural sites. We end our tour at Westgate. IMPORTANT: The guide reserves the right to cancel the tour if there is not a minimum number of walkers (notice is always given the evening before).
