We will meet at the Main Park, where the first colonial settlement of the region began, while Bucaramanga was still a small camp. From there we will contemplate the City Hall and cross the famous lime and stone bridges, colonial jewels surrounded by restaurants with delicious local cuisine.
We will continue to the Chapel of Las Nieves and pause at the Café Las Libertadoras, recognized among the best in Colombia, to learn the secrets of Santander coffee.
On the Malecón del Río we will relive its history as a fritanga area and taste the traditional Santander arepa with a refreshing drink at the El Fogón Gironés restaurant, located in a colonial house with an award-winning façade.
The tour includes stops at Maracumix, with passion fruit products; Peralta Park, a local meeting point; and Croisantería, an artisan bakery where we will taste the famous "Mestiza".
We will end at the majestic Basilica Menor de San Juan Bautista, a symbol of faith and heritage.
