The tour begins at CSU UNAB Park, where we’ll discuss the local flora, the nearby mountains, and the history of the area. We’ll visit the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, known for its academic and cultural contributions, and attend a workshop on artisanal bread-making to try traditional recipes. At La Granja, we’ll take the opportunity to highlight the importance of the poultry industry in Santander while sipping orange juice and viewing local fruits. At Los Sarrapios Park, we’ll learn about its history and the Casa del Diablo, linked to the influential Puyana family.
We’ll continue to San Pío Park, a hub for sports, street food, and recreation, featuring Botero’s sculpture as a cultural icon.
