Day Trip with Berbers

We will come to pick you from your hotel in Marrakech at 09:00am. On our way we will see & learn about the cooperative of women who produce the Argan oil exactly in Tahnwout village. Continue toward the lake of Ouirgane and stop for pictures. Arrive in Ijoukak Valley around 11:00am Watch Berber bread making in a wood fired clay oven and enjoy a generous breakfast. Hike during 2h through our village, down to the river, an up to visit a neighborhood village. Learn about local farming practices. Discover typical village life in a community of about 40 families. Visit of Tinmel Mosque, one of the two mosques open to non-Muslims. Back for Lunch at Berber Home Stay and relax with tea. Visit the Village of potters. Watch an artisan at work. You may purchase a wonderful clay tagine to bring home. Around 15:00pm we will have a time to go back to Marrakech.
