Things to do Long Tan Battlefield and Vung Tau Highlights

We will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 am, and on the way to Vung Tau, we’ll stop to stretch our legs and meet your local guide for the Long Tan – Nui Dat area. Then, we’ll head to the Phuoc Long Tunnels, a 1.4 km tunnel system where our guide will share with you fascinating stories that illustrate the life of the Viet Cong during wartime. Next, we’ll arrive at Nui Dat, the former base of the Australian Army. Then drive to Luscombe Airfield, which has been preserved in a small village. We’ll have a chance to visit a very unique kindergarten built by Australian Veterans. Continue on to the Long Tan cross and then explore Horseshoe Hill from the main street Leaving Nui Dat. We’ll head to the beach city of Vung Tau where we will enjoy a delicious lunch with a breathtaking sea view. Also, we’ll visit the top of the lighthouse and the last King Bao Dai’s White Palace. Take a photo with the famous Statue of Jesus on top of the hill with a nice view. We’ll return to HCMC and drop you off at your hotel or anywhere you would like to go within HCMC. Before saying goodbye to your guide, make sure you get good tips from him/her for further exploration of this incredible city.
