“Very good way to explore the city ”
I booked a tour in Spanish for the same day to visit Valparaíso. My guide was really good, friendly, and kind. He brought us around the city, to places where I would not have gone alone, so it was a very unique way to get to know those hidden gems that are hard to discover by yourself. There were tons of possibilities to take nice pictures, and the group was very small (3 people) which made it even better, as it felt almost like a private tour.
Maybe one tip is to give some more facts / notions about the city and places you are visiting. The guide is anyway very expert and able to reply to all your questions, so in case of any doubts do not hesitate to ask them!
Also another good thing to know is that they do ask for a minimum (10k CPL), which is totally reasonable and I even ended up paying more because I thought that the guide deserved more. But this is good to know when someone is traveling on a tighter budget and for transparency.

Era temporada baja cuando reservé el tour, por lo que finalmente fui la única participante. A pesar de ello, los responsables no cancelaron la actividad y mi guía, Santiago, se ocupó de mí de manera impecable durante todo el recorrido.
Mi guía, Santiago, eespondía exactamente a mis expectativas: gran profesionalidad, profundo conocimiento de la historia, del contexto político y social, y una enorme amabilidad a la hora de mostrar tanto las transformaciones sociales de la ciudad como sus características artísticas más emblemáticas.
Desde el momento del encuentro hasta la despedida, siempre tuve la sensación de estar acompañada de la mejor manera posible. No podría haber pedido una experiencia mejor.
La acogida en el punto de encuentro, la gestión del recorrido y la conclusión de la experiencia fueron absolutamente excepcionales.
Recomiendo esta maravillosa experiencia con esta agencia a todo el mundo. La repetiría mañana mismo.

“Great tour with a great guide”
We really enjoyed the tour. We visited all kinds of places. Our guide Marcelo was passionate about the city and was like a walking advertisement. He had a lot of useful tips.
The only downside to the tour was that we had a really large group that wasn't so energetic, so we needed to wait a lot. But I guess that was just some bad luck for us.

Perhaps we were not lucky, but out group had a large group of students included and it was a huge group overall. Young folks talked over the guide, were talking their time at each stop, tour dragged on for 3+ hours, content was not exciting. We can't recommend.

Carla was incredibly friendly, warm, and engaging from the very beginning. You could immediately tell how much she loves the city, and that passion truly made the tour special.
We also really appreciated the insights she shared about the street art scene. She gave us helpful background information about the murals and their meaning, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable.

Excellent tour. Guide Carolina was very enthusiastic, engaging and helpful. She has a real loce for the city and sharing it with tourists. Covered quite a wide area of old city areas. “Excelente guia”
Tivemos um excelente tour, a cidade é muito bela e rica em história, arte e cultura. Fomos levamos a muitos cantinhos muito interessantes que de outra forma não teríamos encontrado. A cidade nos encantou e gostaríamos de voltar e ficar mais tempo. O tour foi muito rico e informativo e fez toda diferença na nossa experiência em Valparaiso.

“Tour en Valpo con Sebastián ”
Sebastián fue un guía estupendo para conocer más a fondo la encantadora ciudad de Valpo. Conoce cada barrio y su gente a la perfección, nos habló de su historia, sus curiosidades y su increíble StreetArt además de llevarnos a conocer a algunos de los artistas locales. Fue acogedor, amable y cercano, una experiencia totalmente recomendable para conocer la ciudad de la mano de un guía local, autóctono de Valpo. Gracias por todo Sebastián!

“Great walking tour!”
Our guide Nicole was fantastic! She was full of knowledge and could answer all of our questions (of which there were many). It was nice to do a slightly alternative tour but still learned a lot. This was one of the best walking tours I’ve done and would recommend it to everyone!

“De los mejores free walking tours que he tomado”
Sebastián fue lo máximo. No sólo nos dio contenido histórico sino además recomendaciones personales que le sumaron muchísimo. Fue muy amable y se extendió en el tiempo del tour, se nota que le gusta lo que hace. La pasamos excelente y recomendamos a ojos cerrador tomar este tour.

“Interesante y divertido recorrido por los barrios altos de Valpa”
Sebastián nos hizo un tour muy interesante por los distintos barrios de su ciudad, contando la historia de su ciudad, compartiendo sus propias experiencias como guía y fundador de Cerro 47 y presentando a amigos artistas de Valparaíso. Fuimos los únicos participantes en el tour, y aún así Sebastián tomó todo el tiempo necesario. ¡Muy recomendable!

“Excellent tour *****”
We had a two hour tour with Nicole who was very passionate about her subject and coming from Valparaiso she shared her local knowledge with us in a really helpful way. She showed us lots of sights, of art of course and some cafes but also an amount of political and cultural history too. Si estas pensando en visitar Valparaiso. Te recomiendo este Freetour. Nuestro guía fue Sebatian. Excelente recorrido, nos explicó todo sobre Valparaiso. Recomendacion... es necesario visitar Valparaiso con guía de otra forma no podrías vivir la magia de ese lugar y se termina convirtiendo en fotos lindas pero sin contenido. La experiencia que nos llevamos es que cada mural que vimos, tenía una historia para contar.

“Tour imposible de saltear”
Sebastián fue un guía increíble y nos llevó a recorrer lo más puro de la ciudad. Los cerros tienen grandes vistas y los paseos son muy pintorescos. El tour combina historia y arte de una manera muy particular y divertida. Altamente recomendable.
