“Visite passionnante de Playa Ancha”

Très agréable et interressante visite du quartier playa Ancha. Histoire, architecture et découverte d'une maison insolite. Céline connaît très bien Valparaiso, elle a beaucoup d'anecdotes et répond à toutes les questions. Ce fût un vrai plaisir de découvrir cette ville avec elle. Je récidive et je fais une autre visite aujourd'hui.????

“The not so touristy side of Valparaiso ”

We had a fantastic tour of an area not usually seen by tourists, with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. There was no rush, plenty of time to discuss what we were seeing, time to discuss Valparaiso and Chile compared to other places. We were a combination Spanish and English tour so we also discussed world events outside Chile. If all you want is a highlights of Valparaiso tour, this is not the one for you, but to see some of the real Valparaiso, come on this one.

Nuestro guía Diego nos llevó a dar un paseo por Playa Ancha. Para los que ya conocemos Valparaíso es una muy buena idea para descubrir otro sector y salir de lo típico. Es hermoso Valparaíso y siempre sorprende. El guía fue súper amable, paciente, nos hizo el recorrido con mucho detalle. Se nota que le gusta lo que hace, se esmero para darnos lo mejor de sí, incluso extendiendo el tour a casi 3 horas y media. Volveremos a tomar algún otro tour en el futuro!

“Great tour”

I took this tour the day after taking the history tour of Valpo, run by the same company. I'm really glad I did. It's a great adjunct to the other one, and I learnt a lot more about the city. I felt like the tour was really well designed. I liked that we caught the bus and then walked back down the hill towards the city. I felt I got to see the real Valpo here, not just the spots the tourists go to. Diego was great, he answered all my questions and I was lucky enough to have a personal tour.

Karina was ain informative guide and showed us some interesting places we had not seen on our previous visit to Valparaiso. Karina gave us some good suggestions for restaurants, places to see after the tour and she wove an interesting path including a bus trip to Ancha playa and a lovely walk back down the hill passing many points of interest.

“El lado B de Valparaíso ”

Fue una experiencia muy grata y entretenida. Con Amaru, nuestro guía, aprendimos mucho sobre la historia porteña, su arquitectura, su gente, anécdotas del pasado y presente. Un tour absolutamente recomendable además para conocer otros cerros del puerto (no taaaan turísticos, pero no menos hermosos), en este caso el Cerro Artillería y Playa Ancha. Nuestros agradecimientos a Amaru, por su dedicación y por el buen dato del restaurante donde almorzamos ese día.

“Valparaiso Lado B”

Ha sido excelente la experiencia con Amaru y con EcoMapu. Recorrimos Playa Ancha, una zona no turística de Valparaíso, pero con una gran huella histórica y una hermosa arquitectura. Amaru nos permitió conocer una Valparaíso distinta, fuera del circuito tradicional. Transitamos por calles sin bullicio, fue un verdadero descanso. Vale la pena aclarar que es un tour que no obliga a hacer esfuerzos de subida al cerro, puesto que se inicia con un viaje en bus y casi todo el recorrido se hace luego en bajada. Hermosa la vista del puerto desde el Paseo 21 de mayo. Amaru trasmitió muchos datos históricos de gran interés. Muy recomendble!!!
