“A Walking Tour: Can Be Improved”
I definetely do not want to say it was an average walking tour experience; which I totally respect the organization itself, the tour guide and all team's efforts. But have to admit that it was not one of the best ones I joined so far.
Content of the tour, the historic content can be developed I believ; already it was a rich one but the soul was a little missing.

“Great tour, but not impressed with the planning ”
Booked for 12 people but apparently that was only possible due to an error in the booking system (or whatever). The company got in contact one and a half hour before, maybe tto let me know that we were going to be part of a larger group or to maybe get me to cancel or rebook. That was not clear but certainly annoying as it was part of a bigger time plan that we had planned months ago. The tour it self was excellent

Great walking tour with lots of content and info on Helsinki and Finland today and its history. Jouko was friendly and funny. Only negative was that the group was quite big like 20 at least so not too intimate or close a group and a couple of members were smoking at times, but it was still a well done tour!

We recently did a world trip covering countries from Norway all to New Zealand, all in all over 20 new countries and did quite some free walking tours. He handled our large group so well, and managed to walk backwards so we could all hear what he was saying! What a superstar. I have done today a free walking tour with Birte! I have been experiencing many different tour guides whilst romaing Europe in the last 2 years and I must say that Birte is one of the best of them. “Great information on an icy Helsinki day ”
Our tour guide provided a lot of great history of Finland. It was fascinating getting his perspective on a lot of things. My only suggestion would be is that when we went to the orthodox church, there is a small painting that is said to have some healing powers and a lot of people say a prayer by the painting and it would’ve been helpful to know that prior to the church. We heard about the healing properties after the fact.
