“No salió el tour”
Nos dejaron tiradas....
Llegamos al lugar de encuentro y nos dijeron que íbamos a ser pocos así que teníamos que pagarles una cantidad fija. Al imponer una cantidad dejan de ser un FREE tour... No contentos solo con eso nos dijeron que íbamos a salir más tarde de la hora pactada. Nos fuimos a comprar una botella de agua y cuando volvimos unos 8-10 minutos después nos dijeron que la otra pareja que iba a hacer el tour había llegado y se había ido porque uno de ellos no entendía español, así que no iban a hacer el tour solo para nosotras. Eran las 4 de la tarde y a esas horas ya no había ningún otro tour... Así que nos quedamos sin poder hacerlo...
Super poco fiables, no lo recomiendo.

“Worst tour before it even started”
This is a free walking tour for Cusco. I was so looking forward to it. But before we even started the guide said that since he only has two clients, we have to agree to tip him 25 soles each before we start! I’ve done plenty of walking tours in other cities and this never happened before. Honestly, if he were a good guide, i would gave gladly given him double that. I decline the tour because i felt like i didnt have any other choice. This is really a terrible experience. I hope your company speaks wirh your guides about this as it reflects poorly on your company.

Cesar has been fantastic guide, well prepared and clear in Spanish speaking . Visit lasted more than 2 hours. Final payment is by tips, around 20 soles per person. Great experience

Small group and lots of room for questions. Friendly local guide, who speaks English very well. The visit to the market was a highlight. The guide explained a lot about all the different products and local life. Would be nice to have a brief overview of Peru's history, that was the only thing we missed.

Llega exacto a la hora que debía empezar el freetour y nos dijo que esperábamos 15 minutos más de una forma poco cortes, esperamos 25 minutos y no empezo el freetour, decidimos irnos y en la plaza mayor encontramos un super guia

No era nada free el tour y además era más de habla de política, de arquitectura, de botánica, pero no ví tanto, si fuera gratis no pasa nada, pero cuando di mi propina que para era lo que podía dar, me rechazó diciendo que era poco y que el mínimo era de 30 soles. Pagué menos mi noche en hostal que el supuestamente free tour... Es publicidad engañosa, hubiera preferido pagar a una agencia para un verdadero tour! Es tiempo perdido para quien tiene poco tiempo en la ciudqd y creen que les va a servir, a evitar.

En la pagina dice claramente que es un tour gratuito con colaboración a voluntad sin embargo el guia estableció una tarifa minima de 20 soles adjudicando que la tarifa se encuentra en las condiciones. Entre junto a el a las bases y condiciones y en ninguna parte lo decia. Me canse de discutir assi que me dispuse a disfrutar del tour y pagar igual.

“GUÍA. QUEJA”
Tengo quejas con el guía Richard. Para ir al Mercado de San Pedro, en Cusco, me caí en la calle. Tropecé con una tacha de chapa que sirve para separar las manos de circulación de los vehículos, porque el guía hizo cruzar al grupo por "mitad de la calle" y no por la senda de cruce para los peatones. Me lastimé un rodilla que sangró y me golpeé la pierna y el brazo derecho. No obstante esto, no me preguntó ni cómo me sentía ni me dijo dónde podría hacerme atender. Con mucho esfuerzo y la ayuda de la gente del grupo continué con el tour. Y al finalizar sin ninguna clase de consideración, me hizo subir un largo tramo de escaleras de una casa colonial sólo para vendernos café, esencias, coca y otros productos y con la excusa que "la policía no los dejaban recibir las propinas en la calle", lo cual no es así puesto que a todos los guías se les da la propina en la calle. Este guía deja muy mal parado a Freetour. Cero empatía con las personas.
