Introduction
Lake Manyara national park is one of the 16 national parks found in Tanzania. The park can be observed on the right side of the road of Makuyuni –Ngorongoro road. It is famous for the tree climbing lions and high diversity of plant species found in the underground water forest, the saltwater lake covering 77 square miles when water levels are high.
Location
Lake Manyara National Park is a Tanzanian national park located both in Arusha Region and Manyara Region, Tanzania. The two administrative regions have no jurisdiction over the parks. It is located 205 km from Moshi town and 120 km from Arusha.
