Reservamos el tour, nadie nos escribió ni por la plataforma ni por WhatsApp. En el mensaje de reserva indicaban dos puntos de encuentro, escribí dos mensajes por la plataforma preguntando cuál era de los dos. Nadie nos ha contestado. Nos hemos presentado esta mañana en uno de ellos y no había nadie. Nos da pena no haber podido hacerlo y no haber obtenido respuesta.

“Excellet introductory tour.”

Teona was our guide, she was both helpful and interesting. The only unfortunate incident was that I had ordered two tours, one in Spanish with Isabel (my wife is a much better Spanish speaker than she is an English speaker), and this one, but she cancelled for lack of participants, so my wife joined us, which left me doing some translation for her. But otherwise an excellent time.

La guía no se ha presentado. He estado 20 minutos esperando. Otros turistas se quedaron esperando. Ni si quiera nos ha avisado. Recomiendo que la expulsen como guía para que no perjudique más a la empresa que da muy buen servicio en otras ciudades.
