We really enjoyed this master class. We learned about the key differences between mountain khinkali and regular ones. They showed us how to shape and cook them properly. Beka kindly took photos for us, even without us asking. Later, we went upstairs, sat at the table, and enjoyed khinkali while watching traditional Georgian songs and dances. We also got to try homemade Georgian chacha and beer. Beka knows a lot about Georgia's history, traditions, and culture because he works for a tour company I trust the most. I highly recommend this master class! We felt cozy, like visiting friends, and also learned how to make khinkali.
