Layla was a fantastic guide, very informative with a great personality. The bonus is the complimentary electronic earpiece, so you could hear her at all times talking over a microphone. She even stopped for cheese and nougat samples from local shopkeepers, which we didn't expect on a free tour. Highly recommend this 2 hour walking tour and be sure to give a well-deserved tip at the end.

Leila was an excellent tour guide — extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about Strasbourg. She was able to answer all my questions with ease, which made the experience both engaging and insightful.
The only small point for improvement would be to articulate a bit more clearly in English or speak slightly slower at times. I completely understand she’s trying to share as much information as possible within the 2-hour tour, but a slightly slower pace would help ensure that everyone catches all the details. It might even reduce the number of follow-up questions from tourists who simply didn’t hear or fully understand something.
Overall, a great tour and I would definitely recommend it!

Nos escribieron por la noche, cuando la reserva era a las 11h de la mañana siguiente y nos habían confirmado la reserva. Nos dicen que tenían over booking, nos dieron una opción que no podíamos asistir, y no nos dieron más opciones. Creo que si están llenos deberían de quitarlo de sus opciones

“Terrific tour”
One of the best tours I've ever done. Javier was fantastic. He was a great guy, very enthusiastic, and he used a microphone connected to headphones. We had to pay €1 for it (you could choose not to use it and just listen to him), but everyone on the tour used it and it was worth it. I highly recommend this tour and congratulate Javier on it.

Observamos que algunas personas que iban en un grupo de 4, le pagaron al guía 5 euros. Se debe valorar algo más el trabajo ajeno o al menos informarte de que aunque se llame free tour, los guías solo cobran lo que les pagan los integrantes de la visita, y además deben pagar sus impuestos.
