Begin your day with a visit to Bodbe Nunnery, the resting place of St. Nino, who preached Christianity in Georgia in the 4th century. Explore the town of love, Sighnaghi, a beautiful, small 18th-century fortified town, located on top of the hill. Walk along the 4.5 km wall and enjoy views of the Alazani Valley.
Meet your hosts during lunch and learn about their everyday life. Enjoy a homemade lunch, made with the freshest ingredients from the family's garden, with unlimited wine, Chacha and Brandy. Your host will give you a masterclass of Georgian toasting and later come up with your toast. Take part in Churchkhela making, one of the few traditional desserts.
