“Great Tour”
We had Mateo and he was excellent. He was funny, easy going and very knowledgeable about Rovinj/Croatian history. I would highly recommend. By the way our tour guides from Pula and Split knew Mateo as well.

“It was a no show with no message to say it had been cancelled.”
I waited ahead of time for the 10am tour and was disappointed it didn't eventuate. I had no contact whatsoever with the organisers. The only reason I knew was another couple waiting had got an email saying so.

“A nice walking tour”
It was a nice, informative tour, and we understood that there was not really much to say about and show in such a small town, especially since the walk itself happened only in the old town (the island). The content, I guess, was appropriate for people who come from very far, but Europeans might find it a bit repetitive and general here and there. But the atmosphere was nice, the tour guide also nice, so I recommend :).

“Informative introduction to Rovinj”
We enjoyed our tour with Martina who was a very warm, enthusiastic and personable guide. Rovinj is a tiny town so there is not a lot to see. In the 1.5 hours you we didn’t cover much ground literally, but we did learn a lot about the history of the town which we enjoyed. The only downside was the repetition of content from our Free Spirit Walking Tour of Pula, but not every guest would have taken this tour so it’s understandable that the material is included.

“Room for improvement ”
Definitely not my favorite free tour I’ve ever done. The guide seemed awkward, a bit mundane and laughed in moments there should not have been laughter. He was knowledgeable with history -upside. Typically I really enjoy these tours, but this one could definitely be improved. The town is lovely and quaint and nice though:)

“Unsatisfied”
We were unsatisfied by this tour from Adriano. He was unclear with his English pronunciation and spoke with a monotone voice. Sometimes he tried to make a joke but because of the monotone voice, this went by unnoticed. It felt like he was guiding the tour because it was mandatory, not because he liked to do it.
The organisation is doing really well, Luka in Zagreb and Martina in Pula did great! But Adriano needs some more practice and enthusiasm

I went with my family to Rovinj and all of us we enjoyed the tour. English is not our first language but or guide (Martina) has an excellent accent and we could understand everything.
In the tour she mentioned the history of the city and the region, which was not boring at all.
We walked around Rovinj and she showed us some cute places.
We really enjoyed the tour and we recommend it.

We usually take a walking tour when visiting a new city, and our guide Martina made our Rovinj tour one of the best we've ever experienced! She was personable, very knowledgable and enthusiastic. We can tell she loves her job and her city. It was a small tour so she learned our names and focused the tour on things we were interested in. She went above and beyond to make it a great, fun tour. We highly recommend taking the Rovinj free walking tour with Martina!
