Drive through the vast fertile plains of the South between the rough North Atlantic Ocean and the powerful volcanoes yearly covered by ice caps like the infamous Eyjafjallajökull. On this journey, we are traveling, not rushing. You will see two amazing waterfalls: Skógafoss and its 60-meter drop as well as Seljalandsfoss behind which you can walk through and through. The highlight of this tour is the awe-inspiring Black Sand Beach of Reynisfjara and its dramatic coastline. Basaltic columns rise high in the sky from the unforgiving ocean. You will also see the beautiful Dyrhólaey black sand beach and its amazing cliffs. The lunch (not included in the price) stop will be held at the quiet and quaint village of Vik. Next up is the Sólheimajökull glacier which tells stories of climate changes and volcanic events. Walk to its snout and behold its grandeur.
