Petra Full Day Tour

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up from your accommodation at the Dead Sea and drive you for approximately 3.5 hours along the stunning peaks of the Al-Sharah Mountains toward Petra. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of Wadi Dana and the Dana Biosphere Reserve, Jordan’s largest nature reserve. Upon arrival at Petra’s Visitor Center, we will arrange your entrance ticket and introduce you to your professional English-speaking guide. Together, you will begin a 2.5-hour guided tour starting from the Visitor Center, passing carved facades before reaching the Siq, a narrow, 1.2 km canyon that served as Petra’s ancient main entrance. Admire the rock carvings, sacred niches, and water channels lining the path until it opens up to reveal the awe-inspiring Treasury. Continue your walk along the Street of Facades, past the Nabatean Theatre, and up to the impressive Royal Tombs. Explore the Colonnaded Street, the Temple of the Winged Lions, and the Great Temple. A delicious lunch will be served at a quality restaurant within the archaeological site before continuing your visit to more of Petra’s remarkable monuments.
