Church of St. Nicholas
Built in 1266 and rebuilt in the 15th and 18th centuries, this parish church features a unique Gothic groin vault and late Gothic frescoes from around 1460. Its organ was crafted by Gaetano Callido in 1780, and the 45-meter bell tower was added in 1705.
Franciscan Monastery
Dating to the mid-15th century, the monastery includes a late Gothic presbytery inspired by St. Nicholas’ Church. It once housed a pharmacy, hospital, and schools, and today remains known for the Franciscans' major celebration—Rim.
Pazin Castle (Entry not included)
First mentioned in 983, it now hosts the Ethnographic Museum of Istria and the Pazin Town Museum. Pazin Abyss - a spectacular karst formation beneath Pazin Castle. Dante and Jules Verne admired him. It features the underground river Pazinčica, flowing nearly 100 meters below the surface.
