Just do it. It is worth it!
Our guide, a real local, which grew up in the city, took us to many places and shared a lot of history, culture and real Panama.
We also tried local food, drinks and got a lot of suggestions what to do, where to eat in Panama city. Don't forget to give him a tip. He is worth it!!
Communication was also perfect and they arranged what I asked for. If I could I would give 6 stars. Thanks!!

We have travelled extensively I andbdo beleive this bike tour is one of the best we have had. Jonathan was our guide, he grew up next to old town and shared personal experiences which made a huge difference. He also knew the history well, spoke exceptional English and made sure we were safe on our bikes. We liked the small earpiece so he could communicate with us the entire time. Really great tour, great guide!!

“Relaxed and interesting bike ride”
We really enjoyed this bike tour! The guide was super well informed and told us a lot of interesting facts that you never heard before. He is a local and knows the city very good. Also because of his connections we got access to some spots, that are usually not open for tourists. The speed was totally okay and the traffic situation no problem.

I did the 10:30am tour with Johnathan as our guide. He was really engaging, informative and helpful. We covered a lot of ground on the bikes and I felt I got a good feel for the city. Johnathan recommended great places to eat and covered so much history with us. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend!

Hicimos el free tour con Jhonatan y la verdad que una experiencia recomendable 100%. Nunca había hecho un free tour en bicicleta y es mucho más divertido y diferente. Aparte de que el guía se sabía a pie de la letra toda la información de la ciudad y nos ha encantado como lo explicaba todo! Volveríamos a repetir en otras ciudades 100% los tours en bicicleta y este por supuesto 100% recomendable.

“entretenido el paseo en Bici”
Me gustó en bicicleta porque puedes ver más cosas, y también haces la cinta costera que tiene una vista increíble. El guía sabía mucho, no era Daniel, era Jonathan creo.
Aclaro que la propina al guía no me la dejaron opcional al monto que yo quisiera dar, el guía me dijo que debía pagarle 10 USD, además de los 15 USD de la bicicleta. Cosa que no dice en la descripción. Incluso yo pensaba dejarle más de lo que el me dijo que debía pagarle.
Lo único que no me gustó del guía fue el tono en que me habló en dos oportunidades, que me preguntó cómo yo no sabía ciertas cosas, claramente en un tour uno no va a saber cosas, entonces era innecesario decirlo de forma de juicio cuestionando, me pareció agresiva la forma de dirigirse en esas dos ocasiones, al menos yo no estoy acostumbrada que me hablen así. Yo fui sola, y creo que si hubiese sido hombre o hubiese estado con mi pareja al lado probablemente no me hubiese hablado así.

We booked an free walking tour in Casco Viejo in Panama City. Our tour guide Paul, who is really nice guy rent us bikes and then the tour started. He took us to most important and the most known places in Casco Viejo. He showed us wide knowledge of Casco, history of Panama and Panama's canal. We felt very safe with him. He also recomended us a great place for the lunch.

“Bike tour is a option to experience Panama City ”
Really enjoyed the bike tour. We covered a lot areas of the city old and new, including various markets, Jonathan was a great guide - born and raised in the older part of the city. His love for the city and ability to adapt to our group was outstanding. Lots of recommendations for places to go and eat…sent to all of us via WhatsApp. His ability to navigate the streets and keep us safe on the bikes amongst traffic made the tour even more interesting vs a typical walking tour.

“A experiência com bike vale a pena!”
O guia deu dicas sobre lugares para comer ou frequentar, que foram muito legais. Também foi bastante paciente conosco, pois tivemos um imprevisto e nos atrasamos. Não dou 5 estrelas por dois motivos: 1. Porque contratamos o passeio em Espanhol, e só lá fomos avisadas que seria em Inglês (já tivemos guias bilíngues excelentes fazendo tour, que sempre ao dizer algo em um idioma, repetiam exatamente a mesma coisa no outro; pode ser uma forma de melhorar); 2. A riqueza de conteúdo não se compara ao do tour a pé. Às vezes não escutávamos o que era dito. Às vezes começava a ser dito antes que todo o grupo (que era pequeno) estivesse concentrado para ouvir. São coisas a ajustar. Não desmerecem a experiência. Especialmente porque de bicicleta você terá condições de ir mais longe, a lugares que no free tour a pé, não vão te levar.

A pesar de q empezamos un poco más tarde de lo previsto y que por alguna razón a mi esposo y a mí no nos tenían contemplados en la reserva y q el día estuvo lluvioso, eso no nos detuvo, al final el tour estuvo muy interesante y de lo más divertido!! Jonathan, nuestro guía es muy simpático y además tenía mucho conocimiento sobre la historia de la ciudad de Panamá. Definitivamente un tour súper recomendable!!

Daniel is friendly and accommodating. The pre tour communication was quite helpful. I ride so it was a little unnerving to not follow any safety protocols. The most enjoyable part was riding on the dedicated bike paths. I recommend this for adults only.

A pesar del calor de ese día, y de no encontrarnos muy bien del estómago, el tour nos gustó mucho. No somos nativos y Daniel tuvo paciencia y nos animó a preguntar lo que nos interesaba y adaptó las diferentes etapas según nuestras preferencias. El recorrido en bici es divertido y no agotador pese al clima ya que fuimos poco a poco parándonos en muchos sitios interesantes.
