Join us on a tasty journey through East Village & NoHo! Discover Greek, Italian, Ukrainian, and Korean flavors while exploring local landmarks, street art, and hidden stories that bring the neighborhood’s vibrant history to life!
The East Village boasts more restaurants per capita than almost any neighborhood in NYC. With an ethnically diverse community, one can find virtually every type of cuisine here. On our tour we will savor a delicious array of cuisines and flavors, including: Greek-American Split pea Soup with fried croutons, delicious classic tasting NYC pizza, authentic Dolmas (Grape Leaves), delicious egg cream drinks, up to 6 different flavors of Korean Dumplings, and Italian pastries such as cannoli and sfogliatelle. And don’t worry, we’ll burn off the calories as we explore the history and culture of the East Village, from the Dutch colony of the 1600s, to the 1800s when the neighborhood was known as Kleindeutschland (Little Germany). We'll also see famous locales made popular during the counterculture scene of the 1950s and ‘60s, as well as the punk rock explosion of the 1970s and 1980s. Come on out for some fantastic food served up with a side portion of fascinating history.
